Please know that we will ship ALL orders Standard Post via the USPS and provide a Tracking Number. By ordering an item and paying for it you are agreeing that we are not responsible for lost,damaged,or stolen items once they leave our studios! We will help resolve any claims with the USPS to the best of our ability.
Please also note that we have a NO return policy....all our items are 100% handmade in the USA and stitched with professional stitching for durability. We encourage all items be washed on gentle or by hand and lain out to dry.
